We’ve been preparing for this during 2023. For example, in 2023 US women have been working for an Equal Rights Amendment to the US Constitution. Did it happen? We came close, but not over the wire.

The 100th anniversary of US women working for a gender guarantee is very important. Since an equal rights amendment didn’t pass in 2023, the year 2024 is the 101st anniversary for US women working for an amendment to the US Constitution.
