In 2023, we will be celebrating the fact that US women will have been working for 100 years to pass an Equal Rights Amendment to the US Constitution.

When will the 100th anniversary be extremely relevant? On August 26th…Women’s Equality Day.

A PREDICTION OF MORE HARD TIMES AHEAD

You can bet that there will be a crowd of those who believe that it’s just fine for women to be second class citizens. They will strut around and actually speak in loud voices about how we love it the old way. Remember when women used to agree with their oppression? Remember when we used to grovel? Remember how we even have internalized some of these points of view ourselves?

REMEMBER THE GOOD OLD DAYS…

Let’s return to those good old days when women couldn’t vote. When women rarely left the kitchen. When women didn’t ask questions and they agreed that they weren’t really lucid and capable?
