GREAT NEWS FOR VALENTINE’S DAY:

March 2017 will be a busy month during Women’s History Month at the New York State Capitol in Albany, NY when the “Spirit of 1776” suffrage wagon used by Edna Kearns will be on exhibit on the second floor of the state Capitol building. New York State is the “cradle” of the women’s rights movement in the United States, and as such, the year 2017 is the state’s suffrage centennial when New York State women will have been voting for 100 years.
